Aimplify.Work is a free community for people who want to go past the AI buzzwords and try it on their own work, their own questions, their own ideas.
You don't need to be technical, and you don't need to know where to start. You just need to be curious.
So — what should we Aimplify?

Why Aimplify
New tools, new terminology, new courses telling us what we should have learned last month. Underneath the noise sits a simpler question:
How can I actually use AI — for my work, for the thing I've been meaning to fix?
What you already know
+
AI, used on your own work
=
More impact.
More possibilities.
If you've spent years building expertise, judgment, context and relationships, AI doesn't erase any of it.
AI can amplify.
Nobody lectures, nobody grades, and there's nothing to pass. It's a community space to learn · experiment · build · share.
Who we are
We're experienced professionals who've had the same moment you may be having: knowing AI matters, but not being sure where to begin or how it fits with what we already know. We're still learning, too.
Aimplify.Work is how we give back to our community. We have our day jobs — nothing here is for sale, and we won't pretend to have AI figured out.
When we don't know, we'll find out together.

An ambitious young explorer who follows his interests and builds with whatever tools he can get his hands on. The proof that curiosity beats credentials.

Who it's for
The most interesting AI opportunities tend to sit inside real work — in a deployment pipeline just as often as in a lesson plan. Every industry, team and role has workflows only the people doing them truly understand: the handoffs, the repetitive steps, the report nobody enjoys assembling. Bring yours.
That mix is the point. A question from someone in a completely different line of work is often the one that unlocks your problem — and the person who only started last month tends to notice what the expert stopped seeing years ago.
You know the work. We'll figure out the tools together.
How it works
Each cycle we take on one idea that's come in, and give it four sessions. One evening's worth of time a week, and something exists at the end of it.
We open the idea up together: what's actually going on, who it affects, and what would count as better.
Where could AI genuinely help — and where would it just get in the way? We look at what's already out there before building anything.
Hands on the tools. Something crude and working beats something polished and imagined.
Sharpen it, write down what we learned, and finish with something that didn't exist a month ago.
What comes out varies — a workflow, a small tool, a prototype, or simply a much clearer sense of what's possible. The point isn't what gets built. The point is that you tried it.
What to expect
Saturday mornings, 10:00 am CST. The first one is November 7, 2026.
90 to 120 minutes. Come to all four or drop into one — each session opens with where we got to, so there is nothing to catch up on.
Online, on Zoom or Google Meet. Cameras on, because we are here to meet real people — though listening quietly your first time is perfectly normal.
Once enough people nearby are coming, we will add sessions around Spring and The Woodlands.
Nothing to attend, and nothing is ever sold here. A paid plan on one AI tool (around $20 a month) gets you further, but the free tiers are enough to take part.
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini — whichever you already have. No setup to do beforehand.
What comes up in a session may be shared to help others learn, so keep confidential material out of it. If we ever feature your story, we will ask you first.

We can't take on everything, so each cycle we pick one or two ideas the group can realistically get somewhere with — usually the ones that are concrete, that several people recognise from their own work, and that we can actually build on in four weekends.
About a week before each cycle we publish what we're taking on and how to register, so you can see the topic before deciding to join. An idea that isn't picked doesn't disappear — it stays on the list for a future cycle, and you're welcome whether or not the idea is yours.
AI may be changing how we work. But people are still how we learn.
Send us the thing you've been meaning to fix, or the question you haven't asked out loud yet. “Just curious” is a perfectly good answer.
